Whenever I get the opportunity to teach or speak, the part that I fear the most probably has to be the awkward introductions where you talk about what you "do" and "who" you are. I mean, to be completely honest, I'm crusty and need every bit of sanctification I can get!
Many people don't know that I am high-lowkey rather shy because I'm for the most part on level 10 when measured on the bubbly-o-meter, but I am. So, I'm gonna do what I do when I introduce myself and try not to be completely awkward in the process.
My name is Ayanna, I'm engaged to an awesome man named Joshua and I live in Atlanta, GA. I'm a writer, speaker and Bible teacher who loves to read, whip up smoothies and belt out Broadway musicals at the top of my lungs in the shower.
My heartbeat is women's ministry and Bible literacy and I love meshing the two together. My goal and aim is to help spur women along in loving God with all they've got by knowing Him through His Word, by carefully studying The Bible.
Having grown up in the church my whole life, I came to a realization two years after The Lord saved me, that I didn't know why I believed what I believed. After questioning every position and stance that I held by measuring it up to God's Word, I came to know The God of The Bible, through The Bible. And now, my mission is to encourage and teach women how to do the same!
